Welcome to TrueLux Concierge! My name is Nikita Owens, and I am the proud owner and founder of TrueLux Concierge, a business I launched in 2019 with a deep passion for providing exceptional care and support to elderly senior citizens. Although my contracts were paused due to the challenges of COVID-19, I’ve returned with renewed dedication to offering personalized concierge services, specifically tailored to seniors in retirement homes, assisted living communities, and retired veterans.
My journey into senior care was inspired by the love and compassion I experienced from my grandmothers, Elizabeth and Ola. Having had the privilege of caring for my grandmother Ola, I understood firsthand the profound impact that kindness, attention, and thoughtful assistance can have on the lives of our elderly loved ones.
